The Plan

I always want to focus on health and fitness, but life gets in the way. So when I was given the opportunity to work on a new skill for class, I decided this would be it. My goal is to use an online food diary app (myfitnesspal.com) to track my food intake. In addition, I want to see if I can build up my stamina for running, since a lot of my coworkers are into running and I've always been embarrassed by how easily I get winded.
